A live privacy notice must identify the legal operator, contact method, categories of personal/business information collected, purpose and legal basis for processing, payment-provider and analytics disclosures if used, retention period, rights available by jurisdiction, security practices and a contact for privacy requests.
Final terms must identify the seller, set the governing law and purchase terms, cover acceptable use and intellectual-property boundaries, explain availability/access and customer responsibilities, address limitations of liability where lawful, and state the current dispute/contact process. These terms have not been finalized because seller and fulfillment facts are still unconfirmed.
